Our FILMS THAT ROCK series is in partnership with our friends at Siren Records.D.A. Pennebaker’s groundbreaking documentary captures Bob Dylan during his 1965 tour of England, his final tour as an acoustic artist. The film follows Dylan backstage, in conversation with journalists, and alongside fellow musicians Joan Baez and Alan Price. Featuring performances of classics like “The Times They Are A-Changin’,” the film offers an intimate look at an artist at a pivotal moment in his career. A landmark of cinéma vérité filmmaking, DONT LOOK BACK helped redefine the modern music documentary.
